Founder & Managing Director
Bente Boonpiset founded Hua Hin Open House with a vision of helping clients discover the exceptional lifestyle and property opportunities available in Hua Hin. With a background in sales, operations support, property marketing, and interior design projects, he brings a diverse range of experience to the real estate industry.
Before returning to Thailand, Bente spent more than 12 years working with international clients, particularly from the United States, in customer-focused and operational support roles. As a bilingual Thai national fluent in both Thai and English, he understands the needs and expectations of overseas buyers, retirees, investors, and families relocating to Thailand.
After making Hua Hin his home, Bente gained valuable experience working with local real estate companies and developing an in-depth understanding of the Hua Hin property market. This experience led him to establish Hua Hin Open House, a local real estate agency built on trust, transparency, and personalized service.
